Tender description

Radius Housing association wishes to procure a framework for a multi-disciplined integrated design team (IDT) to carry out the services. The framework member will be required to provide full integrated design team professional services to Radius Housing association. The range of professional disciplines required have been set out in Document 2 – Scope of service, section 1.2. Works that will be delivered include but are not limited to the following: — major disabled adaptations including extensions to existing premises based on the recommendations of occupational health therapists, — miscellaneous works – including demolitions and alterations, asbestos removal, kitchen replacements, minor mechanical and electrical work, external works and the like which are associated with the works in disabled adaptations, — other ad-hoc works which may arise from time to time at the entire discretion of the Radius Housing. The works as outlined above and the services associated with same, are subject to change dependent upon the requirements of the contracting authority and the nature of funding obtained and approvals received for each project. The contracting authority does not guarantee that any (or all) of the services will be required or awarded under the framework.
