<p>ENGIE Services Limited on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to identify a suitably qualified contractor, to carry out and support the below essential property flood alleviations works located within Willingham Street, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire.</p> <p>• Remove and replace the existing UPVC and Wooden doors with a new external UPVC watertight flood defence doors to British Standards(BS) 85 11 88 and PAS1188</p> <p>• Repointing of brickwork</p> <p>• Waterproofing external skin of building</p> <p>• Replacing existing air bricks with self-closing air bricks</p> Keywords: Flood prevention, Property flood alleviations, Drainage, Contractor, Flood Doors
