Tender description

To review and define a corporate performance management framework to improve organisational effectiveness and engender a culture of continuous improvement. We wish to define our overall corporate performance framework. We have a lot of the operational components in place but need some assistance to decide how to measure our strategic outcomes and to develop updated and relevant key performance indicators with greater focus on outcomes and impact.
