Gas works, servicing and installations to properties. This lot will comprise: — electrical major works and installations to properties, — emergency lighting testing to properties, — fire alarm testing to properties, — lightening conductor testing, — heat recovery/full property ventilation servicing, — renewable energy servicing. Major adaptations over GBP 1 000 to properties. This lot includes: — fencing, — gates, — car-park barriers, — shutters and Windows to properties.
