Tender description
Choice’s Asset Management team require engagement of an appropriately qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to refurbish 15No. Vacant properties in the Clonaver area. The package of proposed works will include: • Demolitions and strip out • Re-plaster internal walls • Replace plasterboard ceilings/skim • Upgrade heating system • Upgrade mechanical and electrical services • New UPVC windows and composite SBD external doors • Internal doors, frames, architrave and skirting • Kitchen replacement • Bathroom replacement • New wall and floor finishes throughout • Roof covering replacement and upgrade roof space insulation More information can be found in the documents.
