Choice’s Asset Management team require engagement of an appropriately qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to refurbish 7No. Vacant properties in the Dundonald area. The package of proposed works will include: • Demolitions and strip out • Demolish and re-build single storey front porch to No. 7 Cherryhill Avenue • Re-plaster internal walls • Replace plasterboard ceilings/skim • Upgrade heating system • Upgrade mechanical and electrical services • New UPVC windows and composite SBD external doors • Internal doors, frames, architrave and skirting • Kitchen replacement • Bathroom replacement, etc More information provided in document.
