North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) is considering the potential for how a creative hub of building/s on Grimsby’s historical Kasbah can be best managed. NELC is seeking to understand the operational requirements for the management of creative industries workspaces and the types of space and equipment required. A questionnaire to complete is available at www.yortender.co.uk NELC aims to achieve the following objectives from this PMC: • to identify opportunities and scope for the management of a creative industries workspace hub in North East Lincolnshire; • to understand the operational requirements for the management of creative industries workspaces and the types of space and equipment required; • to learn from the market what the level of interest would be in leading and delivering a creative industries workspace management service; • to understand the wider local benefits and social value of a creative industries workspace; and • to understand what is required to make the management of creative industries workspace deliverable and successful over time.
