Tender description
The authority wishes to award a contract for an eScheduling and care records management system. The contract shall be divided into two lots: Lot 1 eScheduling System; and Lot 2 Care Records Management System. The contract shall commence 3 March 2021 and will be for a period of 3 years with two options to extend for a further period of 12 months (3 + 1 + 1). Lot 1 is for the provision of an eScheduling system. The current process for managing rota's for the authority's provider services is a manual, paper based task, therefore the authority is seeking a system to make the process more efficient and make the best use of resources. Lot 2 is for the provision of a care records management system. The current process includes a combination of electronic and paper based recording. The authority is seeking a System to make the process more efficient and make the best use of resources.
