Tender description
The Birmingham Children's Trust wishes to establish a contract for the provision of health and safety services to conduct site inspections considering factors that include hazards associated to the work activity, potential impacts and sensitivity of the location; considering past experiences with the type of work or location; considering the findings from the initial inspection; following a reported accident/incident if safety services are alerted. The contract will last for 3 years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract) with the provision to extend for up to an additional 2 years subject to requirements and satisfactory performance. The contract will be awarded to one successful provider. For the provision of health and safety services to conduct site inspections considering factors that include hazards associated to the work activity, potential impacts and sensitivity of the location; considering past experiences with the type of work or location; considering the findings from the initial inspection; following a reported accident/incident if Safety Services are alerted.
