Tender description

A service contract for the provision of Half Hourly Metering Operator Services and Data Collection and Aggregation - as a mandatory requirement for the supply of electricity LASER Energy is part of Kent County Council’s Commercial Services Energy Division. Lot 2 of LASER’s Electricity Flex 2020 – 2024 (Y18003) framework provides an OJEU compliant procurement route for metering services which are independent of any supply agreement. The framework allows local authorities to direct award contracts without opening for further competition. Aberdeenshire Council currently has 146 Electricity Supplies that require a service contract to be in place for the provision of Half Hourly Metering Operator Services and Data Collection and Aggregation - as a mandatory requirement for the supply of electricity.
