Tender description
North Lincolnshire Council require an electronic signature software system which is suitable for initially Legal Services and Economic Growth. The software must be legally compliant in accordance with eiDAS (EU regulation 910/2014) for transactions. Due to the impact of remote working as a result of COVID – 19, it is essential that the council have a sufficient and robust system in place to ensure the validity of document signing including contracts.
