Corserv Property Electric Heating and Hot Water Systems

Tender description

<p>Corserv on behalf of Corserv Property wishes to appoint a single Contractor to undertake a JCT Minor Works Building Contract for the removal and disposal of existing heating systems, and to supply and fix new, fully controllable and energy efficient electric heating and hot water systems. New systems will be designed by the Contractor to achieve the design temperatures outlined in the contract documentation along with other Employer requirements and restraints. Various properties, approximately 30 to 40, included in this project are located all across Cornwall. Contract completion will be by the end of May 2021. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Quality and 40% Price.</p> Keywords: Electric heating installations
