Tender description

RG17 is a co-operative endeavour between the Council of the City of Gloucester and Reef Group and its main purpose is to forward the regeneration of an area of Gloucester City centre. Briefing days (to be confirmed) via Microsoft Teams will be held between 11 January 2021 and 20 January 2021. Interested parties shall advise RG17 of their interest in the contract using the contact details Andrew.mcgeady@cubellp.com The award procedure will be via competitive procedure with negotiation. The project will be delivered from August 2021 through to March 2024, a total of 32 months. The procurement route for the project will be the competitive procedure with negotiation. The form of contract will be the JCT 2016 Design and Build Contract with bespoke amendments. The works will involve the construction of two buildings linked via pedestrian bridge comprising an office building with gym and a building including affordable offices and retail, multi storey car park and hotel with public realm and highway improvements to the area.
