Tender description

This is a tender for a 2 + 1-year contract. We require an approved Microsoft Teams, call recording solution from a Microsoft gold partner to provide the following services on a contractual basis to the Prince’s Trust: • the supply and installation of automated Call recording compliance system; • the integration of call recording with Microsoft Teams for Education; • the integration of call recording with The Prince’s Trust Azure cloud storage; • supply of documentation and training to technical/non-technical teams; • supply of ongoing maintenance, incident management and support; • supply of service management and continual improvement; • licensing on an annual subscription model.
