Tender description

London and South Eastern Railway Ltd require the development and implementation of a 'Service Quality Regime' (SQR). The objective of the SQR is to identify and manage our station and fleet assets, and to ensure a continued level of high performance via ongoing audits and monitoring. The development of and SQR register is Phase 1 of the procurement activity. The requirement for this system will include the following core activities: • identify station/train assets and include supporting information such as description/photo/condition; • application of a unique serial number/identifier to each asset; • provide a map of each station and show location of each asset; • capability for continued update for new, replacement or obsolete assets; • scheduled and real time reporting; • integration with existing software packages. The requirement is undertake auditing of station and fleet assets throughout the London and South Eastern operating network. High level activities include (but are not limited to) the following: • 4 weekly inspection of station and fleet assets in accordance with defined quality targets; • inspections to be carried out at varying locations and times of day; • logging of inspections via handheld/smart devices; • compliance with local station and safety procedures (including Covid-19); • reporting of findings; • regular dialogue/communication with nominated London and South Eastern Railway personnel.
