"West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust requires a contract to deliver Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) treatment, servicing and monitoring of the mains water and the domestic blended water supplied to the West Suffolk Hospital. Works include but not limited to monthly servicing, sampling visits and provision of chemicals. Mandatory Accreditations: Membership to the Legionella Control Association, ISO 9001 accreditation, UKAS accreditation testing facility, Safe Contractor Certification, Construction Line Certification " Additional information: "The tender documents can be accessed at https://www.lifecycle.co.uk/tenders.html Potential bidders must send an email from the above web address to be registered on the tender portal.
