<p>The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (The Council) requires one Contractor for the for: 1. The complete removal and disposal of the existing 8 stop duplex traction Kone Maxispace passenger lifts located at Britannia House, Broadway, Bradford, BD1 1HX and the supply, installation and testing of 2 new, complete lifts (Duplex) 8 stop, with single entry. 2. The complete removal and disposal of the existing 8 stop traction passenger/goods lift located at Britannia House, Broadway, Bradford, BD1 1HX and the supply, installation and testing of a new 8 stop, goods/passenger lift. Comprehensive lift maintenance shall be provided for a period of 24 months and until the reliability criteria have been satisfied will be required on the completion of the install. Both lifts are to be serviced monthly as per Bradford Council specification and all paper work, including but not limited to, a signed, dated, engineers work sheet, to be submitted to bts.lifts@bradford..gov.uk throughout the 24 month warranty period. A maximum one hour response to entrapments and two hour response to all other calls is required at all times during the project and warranty period. All included in the tender cost, exclusive of misuse and vandalism but inclusive of evenings, weekends and bank holiday call-outs.
