Provision of Environmental Works at Kemys Fawr Close, Sebastopol

Tender description

The project consists of the refurbishment of 5 blocks of external storage sheds, 3 external communal bin storage sheds and replacement of fencing. Following external improvement works at Kemys Fawr Close, this project aims to improve the external storage areas and to replace the old timber fencing with new metal galvanized hoop top railings. Part of this project involves licensed asbestos removal works relating to the removal of asbestos insulating board soffits. A period of 8 weeks has been allocated to complete this project. The tender will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The contract will be undertaken using the JCT Minor Work Building Contract 2016 including Bron Afon’s standard prelims and amendments.
