Tender description

Regenda invited tenders to provide legal services. The legal services were consolidated into the following lots: • Lot 1 - Corporate, Governance, Financial & Securitisation • Lot 2 - Housing Management & Commercial • Lot 3 - Property, Development & Construction • Lot 4 - HR Regenda wished to appoint a minimum of five contractors per lot to enter into the framework for the delivery of services as set out in Tender Requirements and Specification. This framework will also be available to other organisations as listed below: • Any current or future subsidiary or partner of Regenda Limited • All registered providers of social housing • All local authorities • All NHS trusts • All NHS clinical commissioning groups • All NHS area teams • All NHS special health authorities The procurement documents were available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https:// supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/.
