Framework Agreement for Stone Repairs, Various Sites, Dalmuir

Tender description

Dalmuir Park Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with three stonework Contractors for stone works and other associated works to properties within the Dalmuir area of West Dunbartonshire. The works may comprise but not limited to the cleaning of sandstone, carrying out stone replacements to the main façade and ingoes, stone repairs and infilling of cracks and pointing. There is also requirement for replacing existing leadworks and introducing external wall insulation.
