Tender description

The employer is seeking to identify a developer(s) that have all of the right skills and are considered most capable of working in partnership, to identify the optimal solution and of delivering it as efficiently and safely as possible. This tender process relates to the provision of a profit share private residential accommodation for sale in the Coleraine area for the employer. The employer wishes to secure a maximum of 30 units of residential accommodation on sites within the area identified in the map at Section D of the pre-qualification questionnaire (Appendix 1). The employer is willing to consider multiple offers for this requirement and may enter into a number of contracts with successful tenderers to secure its requirements or enter into a single contract with a successful tenderer for provision of all 30 units.
