Tender description

Essex County Council (ECC) is responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of all bus stop poles, flags and timetable frames in the county of Essex (excluding Thurrock and Southend). The contract will be for the provision of minor works and maintenance works for all bus stop poles, flags and timetable frames across Essex. ECC are looking for a single provider to deliver the contract. The procurement will be an open procedure which will have a selection questionnaire to ensure minimum criteria are met and will then be based on a 70 % price and 30 % quality split. Tenders will be evaluated on the most economically advantageous tender based on the award criteria set out in the invitation to tender.
