Tender description

Ealing council is tendering for the construction stage design, manufacture and site installation with commissioning of a single story prefabricated/modular community use building in Blondin Park, Ealing; incorporating Toilets, lockers and changing area, cafe and community space. The Building is to be constructed as per planning permission ref: 192178FUL dated 08/08/2019 and subsequent nonmaterial amendments as outlined in Application Ref No. 201270NMA. The planning application is based on Cleveland- Sitesafe Ltd APEX MODULAR BUILDING type building . This or a building of equivalent specification and performance is to be provided delivered, installed and commissioned on site in two stages as described in the Site Specification and in the Plans for the non-material amendments as outlined in Application Ref No. 201270NMA.
