Tender description

We are commissioning new research on international cultural engagement's role in maintaining dialogue and cooperation amid international tensions. The aim of the research is to enable the British Council to understand, explain and assess the role cultural relations plays in this context, develop recommendations that can inform the British Council in its strategy, programme design and the allocation of resources, and provide thought leadership to other cultural relations practitioners and UK policymakers involved in international relations. The project involves a desk review, qualitative component with case studies and engagement activities.
