Trackway for Temporary Park & Ride Operation

Aberdeenshire Council may be required to introduce a temporary park and ride operation in support of short notice events. The parking areas can typically be located in farmers fields hence the requirement to consider trackway solutions to ensure vehicles can access, manoeuvre and exit the fields without difficulty. We have identified two locations suitable for operating a temporary Park & Ride facility in Aberdeenshire. Location 1 is in Ballater at the Monaltrie Park. Location 2 is a field on the west side of the A93 as you approach Braemar from the east. We are estimating a requirement of 4.2km of material in total, please see attached RFI doc and schematics for more information. We are prepared to consider two options of acquiring the material, hiring or purchasing. It is important to note that any hire will require that the product be delivered and installed within 12 hours of the request for the material. The anticipated term of hire is a minimum of 4 days, maximum of 10 days.
