Tender for the provision of Microsoft Software Licensing and Implementation Support

Tender description

The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) is seeking proposals from Tenderers to provide Microsoft Software Licencing and Implementation Support Services. Specifically the Contracting Authority will require: (1) Licences split between Microsoft 365 E5 licences or a bundle based on Microsoft 365 E3 licences. In the case of the bundle based on Microsoft 365 E3 licences the Contracting Authority may require any combination of the bundle elements; i.e. Microsoft E5 Security, Power BI Pro, Phone system and, or Audio Conferencing; or simply the Microsoft 365 e3 Licences for an individual user. (2) A range of additional licences for some or all of the users including, M365 Domestic Calling plan, Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Visio Plan and Project. (3) A licence for a Windows Server 2019 Datacentre with Software Assurance and a number of Windows Server User CALS. (4) External implementation / project support.
