Tender description
An external specialist (the Contractor) is required to undertake a review of Housing Executive pay and grading structures for all grades and posts, and to develop new pay and grading structures. The Contractor will also be required to provide knowledge and expertise, and support the implementation of the revised pay and grading system and conduct any new job evaluations within the implementation period.
