SAP SuccessFactors - Recruitment & Onboarding Implementation

Gloucestershire County Council [GCC] has the vision to become more digital. The Council has SAP in place as the core business platform and hence it has determined that Success Factors will be the best solution for delivery of the recruitment and on-boarding needs identified as part of this digital journey to the Cloud. It has procured these modules and this project is to implement these modules in GCC and to integrate with SAP Human Capital Management [HCM], adopting the Rapid Deployment Solution [RDS] Approach. Requests for quotes are therefore invited from prospective Implementation Partners to support this implementation. Responses to this RFQ is also invited for the implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0. Please respond with your Pros and Cons for implementing both Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0 as relevant.
