Provision of fabric repairs to private and mixed tenure tenement properties in Edinburgh. Fabric Repairs individual call-off contracts up to GBP 150 000. To include improvements to the external common areas of historic tenements and mixed tenure blocks of flats. This work may include repair and replacement of roof coverings and roof lights, repair and replacement of external wall elements, for example stonework, brickwork, blockwork and render coverings. Additionally, the introduction of external wall insulation, underfloor and loft insulation to mixed tenure blocks. The work may also include internal works in common stair areas like plaster repairs and decoration, replacement of common entrance doors and windows.
