Tender description

Leicester City Council Housing Department invites tenders for the provision of service and maintenance of the communal digital television systems and ad-hoc improvement works. Leicester City Council to appoint a single supplier to provide servicing and maintenance of communal digital television systems and ad-hoc improvement works. There are approximately 7 500 properties across Leicester City now receiving digital television. This equates to approximately 732 blocks. The majority (approximately 95 percent) of aerial systems installed are dual-feed Integrated Reception Systems (IRS) 13-wire infrastructure. The remainder comprises a smaller number of Master Antenna Television systems (MATV), independent aerials and Free Sats.
