2) This Invitation to Tender is seeing offers from suitable organisations to undertake a fully comprehensive contract which shall ensure that Dumfries and Galloway Council are compliant within the realms of the (HSE) health and safety executives guidelines for the servicing and maintenance of boiler plant though not restricted to the provision of the following summary of services and shall ensure compliance at all times. — serving and maintenance carried out by a competent engineer who is GAS SAFE and OFTEC registered; — supply a full written report sheet and combustion readings for Oil serving for each servicing visit; — supply a gas safety inspection certificate (s) for the specific testing carried out. For example – CP12 gas safety inspection certificate, CP15 plant commissioning/servicing record certificate and CP16 Gas testing and purging certificate. This contract will provide Dumfries and Galloway Council with contractors certified to carry out boiler servicing and maintenance. The overall objective is to provide a high-quality service for the following works: — gas fired boiler plant, — oil fired boiler plant, — pressurisation units, — air handling units, — gas fire radiant heaters, — gas taps.
