The DOJ wishes to explore the procurement of a computer-based system to replace the existing system and to establish the level of market interest to inform the creation of a business case and a statement of requirements. Affordability is a critical factor in considering any procurement and when considering options for any future IT case management solution, cognisance needs to be taken of the significant investment that already has been made by the department in designing, testing and implementing the current case management system solution.
