Tender description

Medicus Health Partnership (‘MHP’) is a super-partnership in Enfield, formed on 1 April 2018 when a number of GMS and PMS contract holders formed one super-partnership. There are 15 GP practice sites and 15 contracts (9 personal medical services (‘PMS’) contracts and 6 general medical services contracts (‘GMS’)). The contracts in question are regulated by the social and other specific services regime (Regulations 74 – 76, PCR 2015). NHS England is the statutory commissioner and NHS North Central London (NCL) CCG has delegated authority to act on behalf of NHS England. In the interests of administrative efficiency and patient care, the authority intends to vary one of the existing contracts to bring the services and scope of the other contracts within it. The contract to be varied is the Forest Road Group Practice (PMS) contract.
