Tender description

Description: ELM is sub-contracted to undertake 111 Speak-To activity as defined in Schedule 2 for six months from 20 November to 30 June 2021 inclusive. • Costs are agreed at an hourly rate of £112. Invoices will be submitted monthly, commensurate to the total number of hours delivered in that period. This will be subject to monthly variance based on the number of weekends that fall within the month and/or any enhancements to monthly rates for bank holiday shifts, which will be agreed between the parties in advance. • Activity will be monitored for any significant fluctuations. • Invoice to be submitted following completion of monthly activity, supported by Minimum Data Set activity for the term of the sub-contract.
