Tender description

Management of the sponsorship programme for the following Authority owned assets: Roundabouts; Landscaped Areas; Village Signs; and, Town Boundary Signs. Additional Authority owned assets, may be added into the contract by the Provider, with the exception of Sponsorship of Bus Shelters. Both the Authority and the Provider shall agree the new assets that can be sponsored before any sponsorship is sold. This is a Concessions Contract and as such, the Authority will entrust the Provider the right to provide the Service. Rather than the Authority pay the Provider for delivery of the Service during the concession period, the Provider has the benefit of retaining a percentage of the gross income generated from the sale of the sponsorship under this Concessions Contract (“Gross Income”) to cover operation of the service and to make a profit.
