Tender description
Blackwood are looking to appoint a single contractor to provide cyclical maintenance, compliance testing and reactive repairs services to various hoists and specialist baths located in both domestic and residential care settings across mainland Scotland – types and locations of the assets are fully detailed in Appendix D. The contract will cover an initial period of three years from 1 October 2020, with two additional 12-month extensions available subject to satisfactory performance. Blackwood also reserve the right to add additional assets to the contract during the contract period.
