The Ceremonies, Culture and Queen’s Baton Relay (CCQ) division of the OC is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified team to provide comprehensive overall planning, project management, design, production and delivery of the Live Sites (LIV) programmes. The supplier will provide a full-service solution to plan, manage, operationalise and deliver the Live Sites across the games, including: • strategic and operations planning, in line with budget and programme constraints, • sourcing and supply of all production and technical elements, • workforce planning and implementation, • content planning, management and implementation, • internal and external stakeholder liaison and alignment, • procurement of additional services where necessary, • games-time Live Sites delivery, maintenance and decommissioning.
