Tender description

Notting Hill intends to procure a single service provider (for a 4-year duration) with the option to extend up to two further periods of 1 year each. Notting Hill Genesis are looking to enter into a long-term contract with a single service provider to provide a cleaning and security service at various times (Monday – Sunday) at their main offices. There are 6 offices in total and the service include a combination of cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, window cleaning and general office cleaning. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide Notting Hill Genesis with a quality service. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide Notting Hill Genesis with a quality service, to communicate correctly and efficiently, and to collaborate with the contracts manager to continuously improve the services. To carry out patrols report any instances of criminality to the relevant authorities and challenge any unauthorised access to site. To monitor and maintain standards of dress, attendance, punctuality, reliability and customer service, taking any necessary actions to achieve the highest standards of service delivery, to maintain a clean and tidy appearance, to monitor and report any issues highlighted.
