Tender description

As host of the Hadrians Wall Partnership and the appointed Accountable Body (English) for the Borderlands Inclusive Growth Deal, Northumberland County Council is now seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced practitioner to specifically develop the 'Hadrian's Wall and the wider Roman Frontier Investment Programme' Outline Business Case (OBC) to Treasury Green Book standard, building upon the work undertaken to date to prepare the Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC).
