Queen’s University Belfast seeks an external partner/agency to undertake a comprehensive review of alumni and philanthropic communications and to develop and deliver key components of the programme including digital communications and the University’s (currently) annual print Magazine, The Graduate. Queen’s University Belfast seeks an external partner/agency to undertake a comprehensive review of alumni and philanthropic communications and to develop and deliver key components of the programme including digital communications and the University’s (currently) annual print Magazine, The Graduate. A 3-year partnership is anticipated in the first instance. Deliverables Audit: To undertake a comprehensive audit of current communications and review of objectives with key University stakeholders and produce a written report with recommendations for ongoing developments and projects. Production, design and delivery of The Graduate Magazine, would also be a requirement for any partner. The Magazine must reach recipients by the start of October each year. Subject to available funding and recommendations received, the award may be extended to include further editions of the magazine within the period of the contract, additional digital magazine content and the design, production and fulfillment of our donor stewardship magazine.
