<p>Homes in Sedgemoor are currently reviewing the cleaning services that they provide to the shared accommodation within the district as currently some properties are not subject to regular internal&nbsp;cleaning. Cleaning is being considered for all buildings with a communal/shared space such as entrance halls, front doors and shared windows. Some of the properties may require communal kitchens and toilets to be cleaned and bins to be emptied. Floor areas and stairways may also require cleaning in some blocks. There may also be a requirement in some buildings to clean the wardens office and/or the laundry room. As the current requirements are still in draft form and the tenants of the properties will need to be consulted before a formal tender process can be undertaken we are currently wishing to obtain an idea of hourly rates for completing this work. If you would like to be considered further for this work once a tender is released please can you express an interest by responding to this email with details of your current hourly rates. Whilst there is no guarantee at this stage that this will be taken to tender stage a response to this advert will ensure that you are contacted with details to enable you to prepare a tender response should Homes in Sedgemoor decide to proceed with the process.
