GB-Colchester: Pitched Roof Renewals

Tender description

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a roofing contractor to undertake renewals to pitched roofs for 29 of its properties. These properties are set in suburban locations and can be found in the Old Heath, Berechurch and Castle wards of Colchester. The properties are a mixture of 1920's housing and bungalows constructed between 1935 -55. The contract will be for twenty (20) weeks. The anticipated start date is February 2021. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Completed bids must be submitted by the deadline stated.
