Key Housing Association’s (KHA) will soon be inviting a range of interested bidders to tender for repairs and maintenance and voids and the work will include aspects of cyclical maintenance. Specified locations are Dunoon, Helensburgh, Sauchie, Kirkintilloch, Milngavie(Clober Road), Milngavie(Claremont Drive), Camelon, Falkirk, Laurieston, Stenhousemuir, Bellshill, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Erskine, Paisley, Renfrew, Stirling, St Ninians, Easterhouse and Clydebank. Also, to include: • EM lighting servicing, • blender value services, • PAT, • smoke Detector servicing, • EICRs. Garden maintenance to be carried out in Central Scotland and South of Glasgow. Specific locations are Kilmarnock, Budhill, Maryhill(Burnbank Road), Maryhill (Garscube Road), Garnethill, Ibrox, Linthouse, Nitshill. Riddrie, Gourock, Greenock, Ardrossan, Elderslie, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Lanark, Lesmahagow, Rutherglen and Shawlands.
