we require a multi skilled consultant to support us in the delivery of our planned maintenance programme for 1 year with the option to extend for a further year. single stage procurement with a price and quality ratio of 30:70 respectively. The price aspect of the tender will be assessed from the priced schedules submitted with this tender. The quality aspect will be assessed on the basis of a written submission. the first part of the is the ESPD and the second a short quality questionnaire.
