Coaching for Leadership Team

Tender description

The National Army Museum wishes appoint a training provider to provide support coaching to it's management team. To support the new ways of working, one-to-one and group session coaching for members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is required. As we move away from a hierarchical structure towards self-organised teams where senior leaders are responsible for the overall target setting, performance, and where needed, guidance for specific delivery and enabling teams, a new leadership style is required. Additional information: Day of submission changed to Friday from Tuesday. Note date remains 27 November Update on Tender Submission Process: Thank you for submitting a tender for Senior Leadership Team Coaching at the National Army Museum. Due to the overwhelming response we have had for this proposal, we are currently in the process of reviewing and selecting tenders to take to the next stage of interview, and will be confirming successful tenders in the new year, with interviews planned for January. Further to the above notice the Museum is closed to non essential work due to Tier 5 restrictions therefore this project has been put on hold until the Museum is allowed to re-open. The award of the successful tender submission will be contacted once the situation becomes clearer
