Tender description

Orkland Municipality wants to enter into framework agreements with contractors for the areas road, water and sewage works (Norwegian: VVA). We want to carry out a procurement process for construction works and transport after completing a dialogue with contractors. The purpose of the model is to actively utilise public procurement processes to stimulate business development, competition and innovation. In the process, we shall have a strong focus on good needs assessments and an open dialogue with the market.
