Framework for Provision of Concrete Repairs

Tender description

A single contractor will be appointed onto the framework for the provision of concrete repairs. The primary purpose of the exercise is to appoint a contractor on the basis of their submission to carry out the reference project contract. The reference project is a contract to inspect the structural concrete cantilevers and staircases in 85 housing blocks managed by South Tyneside Homes to determine the extent of repairs required, and carry out the repair work. This will be the initial call-off contract. Lot 1 – carry out repair works and provide a 5 year warranty
