Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Library at the Seamus Heaney HomePlace, Bellaghy, Magherafelt BT45 8HT . The proposed works will include but not limited to: • Bespoke joinery fit out and high quality installation • Removal of floor coverings, skirting boards and architraves. • New floor coverings, skirting boards, architraves, ceiling decoration, cornices, wall decoration, fitted joinery cabinets, desks and shelving. • New feature lighting, led lighting and minor power and data alterations. • The Contract Period will be 6 weeks approx. (TBC) Note: Due to funding constraints the scheme must be completed by 31st March 2021.
