A Partnership Approach to Designing and Building New Websites for Two New Unitary Authorities this contract is awarded through Daventry District Council. The creation of the West and North Northamptonshire Unitary Authorities on 1st April 2021 is an important opportunity to transform services for residents and the new Authorities. A key part of this transformation will be designing our online digital experiences fit for the 'digital' age ahead. The new Authorities websites will be the front face of the changes. They present both a challenge and an opportunity to redesign our services solving customer problems efficiently and effectively via enabling self-service where possible. Our approach will emphasise designing for user needs, agile development and collaborative working to benefit from the skills and experience of our colleagues across the public sector.
