Tender description

The website is the source of all information and services provided by the CRU and must support our vision of protecting the customer interest in energy and water. We require our website to be intuitive and designed from the perspective of the user to provide an experience which is as targeted and frictionless as possible, while adhering to legislative requirements. The successful tenderer will be required to assess the existing website and prepare recommendations and implementation plan for continued improvement of the website. The service provider must ensure that the website is developed with privacy-by-design and security-by-design as a core value. New development and/ or redevelopment projects may be subject to Data Impact Assessments and input will be required from the Service Provider. The Service Provider will be required to provide monthly reports on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) activity. These reports must include, details of activities and steps taken, each month, to ensure that the site is fully optimised. The scope of works will also include the drawdown of ad-hoc projects by way of ‘Call-off Contracts’ within the limits of the terms laid down in the services agreement. This will be achieved by issuing a Statement of Work (SOW) for each project which will specify the relevant details of the ad-hoc project, including scope, price (as per agreed tender rates) key personnel and a technical description of development work and / or solution to be implemented.
